Debt management

Many people experience stress and anxiety related to debt and financial management.

Financial stress can have a harmful effect on your mental health and overall well-being.

If your financial situation is causing you stress and you are finding it hard to cope, you may benefit from asking a friend or family member to assist you in exploring your options including getting professional guidance.

If your employer offers an Employee Assistance Program , you can use the services of a financial counselor who can help you prepare a budget and offer debt management advice. All services provided by the EAP are confidential. Contact your employer's EAP provider for more information.
