Run a campaign that focuses on all aspects of nutrition. Eat Right presented by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics provides key messages, event ideas, promotional materials and more.

Engage employees by using ideas and resources from this toolkit. There are also ideas to run your own Women’s Day celebration.

Some of the free resources available include backdrops for photos/selfies where staff can add their photo to a collection of those who "Stand Up for Someone's Rights Today". There are also videos and social media strategies you can use. You could also encourage your staff to take the pledge at the bottom of these webpages which includes:

  • I will respect your rights regardless of who you are. I will uphold your rights even when I disagree with you.
  • When anyone's human rights are denied, everyone's rights are undermined, so I will STAND UP.
  • I will raise my voice. I will take action. I will use my rights to stand up for your rights.

Sleep deprivation can affect both our physical and mental health. Share this Primer on Sleep to help employees acquire effective sleeping habits.

Values shape the goals that are important to us, our behaviours, and the manner in which we interact with others.
