World Diabetes Day
November 14

The International Diabetes Foundation provides resources, such as social media images, infographics, posters and web banners. The Mayo Clinic shares that diabetes prevention can be as basic as eating healthier, becoming more physically active and maintaining a healthy body weight.

Dedicate the month of November to men’s health. Movember focuses on prostate and testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. One simple activity is to encourage growing a moustache throughout the month. You could ask for before and after photos and post them on the wall with information about men’s health. The Movember website also has a section dedicated to workplace activities that focus mainly on fundraising, but includes karaoke, running, golf, putting moustaches on vehicles or equipment and more.
