Adriana Leigh

Adriana Leigh is an award-winning international consultant and changemaker, and the founder and principal consultant at ALG Consulting. She is author of Trauma Sensitivity at Work: How to Build Safe, Inclusive Teams (April 2026, Page Two Books).
With over twenty years of global experience, she is a former workplace human rights lawyer turned facilitator, working at the intersection of DEI, gender-based violence and harassment prevention, and psychologically safe workplace systems.
Adriana has collaborated with organizations worldwide, including the United Nations, international aid agencies, and both private and public sector entities. Her approach is distinguished by a blend of humanity, clarity, and deep subject matter expertise.
Recognized for her transformative work, Adriana has been featured by World Pulse as one of the “21 Women Leaders to Watch” and has received the CREA Global Award for her contributions to sustainability and mental health. She lives in Montreal, Canada.
Adriana holds a Civil and Common Law (JD equivalent) degree from McGill University, a B.A. in International Development from Dalhousie University, a Master’s Certificate in Adult Training & Development, is a Certified Training Practitioner (CTP) and has been trained in Nonviolent Communication, mediation, creative facilitation and the prevention of sexual harassment, exploitation and abuse.
