Adriana began her journey in health to inspire others to see health in every aspect of life. At a young age she had passion for helping others, to end stigmas surrounding mental health and for people to understand their right to health. A recent graduate at York University, where she received her Bachelor of Health Studies (Honors) and currently completing her post-graduate diploma at Centennial College in Workplace Wellness and Health Promotion. From her education, she is able to understand the complex Canadian healthcare system to include physical, mental and emotional health. She loves learning about mental health, wellness, how to prevent burnout and maintain a proper work-life balance.
