Research

Summary: All resources on Workplace Strategies for Mental Health are evidence-based and/or practice- informed. In many cases, evidence comes from existing research. In some cases, we commission the research to develop new or innovative tools and strategies.

In Research and reports, we provide copies of relevant studies or papers that have informed our work.

While we have general evidence and statistics on psychological health and safety, we’ve also curated strategies that are relevant to certain industries and sectors.
