International Youth Day is August 12th. You could suggest employees engage in a fun activity with a youth, become mentors for youth, or bring youth to work. Use the #YouthDay, #Youth4GlobalAction, and #SDG16 to help spread the word and strike up a conversation surrounding youth engagement for global action. Watch for more ideas and resources at www.un.org/development/desa/youth.

You will find resources such as social media graphic memes, overdose fact sheets, and posters which are available in 13 different languages. You can also join pre-organized activities, like a morning tea or a memorial, nationally or create your own event and register it on the website.

Developing shared and reasonable expectations can help reduce unnecessary stress at work and at home.

Encourage texting or calling a loved one on breaks as it can boost overall well-being.
