Transform your relationship with stress at this free event.

Stress is inevitable. Ongoing doubt, anger or fear is not. Learning how to name your stress, claim your power over it, and reframe it in a way that allows you to let go of whatever holds you back, is a skillset we all can learn and refine.

Register here for our Monday, October 16, 2023 and Tuesday 17, 2024 event

In this workshop you’ll learn to:

  • Name your stress – this sounds easier than it is, but when you can identify how stress is impacting your thoughts and emotions, you are no longer powerless.
  • Claim your power – once you have named it, you can challenge the negative thoughts and emotions that can be created by stress.
  • Reframe it – changing how you look at whatever has or is causing you stress can allow you to move forward with more ease.

You’re invited to be among the first to take part in our Name, claim and reframe workshop as part of our evaluation pilot. Workplace Strategies for Mental Health resources are evidenced-based, peer-reviewed, and validated.  You have a chance with this pilot to contribute your feedback to researchers from Queen’s University to help us on our journey of continual improvement.
