Sarah Jenner

Executive Director, Mindful Employer Canada

Sarah Jenner is the Executive Director of Mindful Employer Canada and Principal of Sarah Jenner Consulting. She is a workplace mental health aficionado who strives to continually support people leaders across Canada to feel confident and competent addressing workplace issues. Sarah has engaged hundreds of people leaders across Canada in conversations about how they can improve workplace mental health in a way that upholds the dignity and respect of everyone involved, while also ensuring job expectations are being met. Sarah also works with leaders to help them dig deeper into what kind of leader they want to be, and what they can do to attain these goals while supporting their own mental health. Sarah helps those who support employees, including supervisors, managers, occupational health professionals, human resources and union reps. She hosts workshops on a wide variety of topics related to workplace mental health, including emotional intelligence, accommodation strategies and conflict resolution. Sarah is one of the founding CMHA Certified Psychological Health and Safety Advisors and can help organizations and teams address and improve workplace issues.
